Shipping policy

Where we deliver

Australia only. We do not ship overseas, and all prices are in Australian dollars including GST.

Delivery cost

A flat $3.99 per order, anywhere in Australia, tracked all the way. One fee whether you order a 20kg bag, a 12 pack of chews, or both.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders placed before 12pm AEST on a business day are usually dispatched the same day; otherwise within 1 to 2 business days. Most metro addresses receive their order in 2 to 5 business days. Regional and remote areas, and parcels over 20kg, can take longer. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

Every order is sent by tracked courier. You will receive a tracking link by email when your order leaves the warehouse, and you can follow it in the Shop app.

Addresses

We deliver to street addresses across Australia. PO boxes and parcel lockers cannot accept 20kg bags; please use a street address for dog food. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery at your cost.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, email support@hg-market.com within 7 days with your order number. We will replace the order or refund you in full.
