Refund policy

Change of mind

You can return unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is at your cost and the original delivery fee is not refunded. Opened food and opened or partly used parasite treatments cannot be returned for change of mind, for hygiene and safety reasons.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item arrives damaged, is faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full, including delivery, and cover the return postage.

How to start a return

Email support@hg-market.com with your order number. We reply within one business day with instructions and the return address in Maroochydore, QLD. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once your return is received and checked, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a further 3 to 5 business days to show the funds.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge until they are dispatched. Once dispatched, the change-of-mind policy applies.
