About HG Market

HG Market is an Australian online store for people who live with big dogs.

It started with a simple frustration: to buy the two things a 40kg dog needs every month, you had to scroll past four hundred products made for dogs a quarter the size. Bowls that empty in a gulp. Food sold in bags that run out on Tuesday. Flea chews in the wrong dose.

So we stocked those two things properly. One food we would feed our own dogs, Black Hawk Lamb & Rice, in the 20kg bag: Australian lamb first, glucosamine and chondroitin in every serve, made in Parkes, NSW. And one monthly chew that covers fleas, paralysis ticks, heartworm and intestinal worms, NexGard Spectra for 30.1–60kg dogs, in the 12 pack so you buy it once a year.

How we work

  • Australian stock, Australian dispatch. Everything ships from our warehouse within 1–2 business days by tracked courier, for a flat $3.99 anywhere in Australia.
  • Genuine products only. We buy from Australian distributors. Labels, batch numbers and expiry dates are what the manufacturer printed.
  • Honest pages. Ingredient lists and analyses are copied from the pack. We don't publish reviews we didn't collect ourselves.
  • A person answers. Email support@hg-market.com and someone who owns a big dog writes back, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm AEST.

We sell within Australia only. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

We own big dogs too.

Everything in this store is something we would buy for our own dogs. We keep the range short so we can know each product well, hold real stock in Australia, and answer questions properly.
